Primeshop.qa is an online eCommerce platform offering a wide variety of consumer products including electronics, home items, fashion, personal care, and more. Customers can browse, order, and receive delivery across Qatar with cash on delivery and online payment options.
WhatsApp Order Instructions
To complete your order via WhatsApp, please follow these steps:
Send a clear message with the product name and quantity.
Confirm your order details.
Share your full delivery address with location.
Provide the name and mobile number of the recipient.
Once your order is confirmed, our delivery team will contact you with all delivery details.
All prices are clearly displayed per product.
Free delivery is offered on orders above QR 200
For orders below QR 200, delivery fees apply—in Doha area however, these fees may not appear during checkout but will be confirmed via email/SMS.
Deliveries are made via a third-party courier within 48 hours, depending on item availability and location.
Each product page mentions estimated delivery time and delivery options.

Orders can be canceled within 3 days of placement.
The product must be unused, with original packaging, price tags, and stickers intact.

Standard delivery time is 24–48 hours, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery delays may occur due to stock availability, national holidays, or logistics issues. Customers will be notified in such cases.
Free Delivery:
Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders with a minimum purchase of QAR 200.
Delivery Charges:
If your order total is less than QAR 200, a delivery charge will be added to your total bill.
Delivery fee
For orders above QAR 200, we may offer a discount on the delivery charge, depending on product size, weight, and delivery location.
Delivery Areas:
Within Doha: Standard delivery rates apply based on your location.
Outside Doha: Delivery charge is QAR 1 per KM.
